Anyway, the most commonly cited book in the testing community is Testing Computer Software, 2nd ed, Cem Kaner, Jack Falk, Hung Quoc Nguyen, Wiley Computer Publishing, 1999, ISBN 0-471-35846-0. It's not the best-written book I've ever seen, but's there's lots of practical advice for black box testers and Cem Kaner is highly respected.
I also recommend Software Testing, Ron Patton, Sams Publishing, 2001, ISBN 0-672-31983-7. This is a very well-written book, though some of my colleagues really don't like the fact that he does a poor job of providing references to his source material. It's a very basic introduction.

One more I should mention that I haven't added to the Wiki yet - Software Testing Techniques, 2nd ed., Boris Beizer, 1990. This is a fairly difficult read, but it's better suited for white-box testers than the other two books I cited. Boris is the grandfather of the testing field - he learned testing back when there wasn't a clear distinction between testers and developers, which, oddly enough, is a situation we're started to get back to now with agile methods.
