This is something along the lines of the applied research vs basic
research question. What Larry is doing pretty much amounts to basic
research that will help all of these other projects in the long run.
This is my view as well, but I can understand that it may not be everyone's (including the TPF's).
At the moment, TPF is preparing to set up an on-line questionnaire to get feedback from the community on what it's priorities should be. Then we will all have our chance to have our say. Damian
