I also think this is semantically fabulous but syntactically slightly dubious. '~' reads 'match' in my book, so I'm reading the operators as 'match left' and 'match right'. Or perhaps even 'stringify left' and 'stringify right' with a different reading of '~'. I would prefer something like <| and |> which has a more obvious connotation (to me at least) of "pipe left" or "pipe right". Damian is my hero regardless. :-) A
