First I want to wish all of you a Merry Christmas.
And second I have here a rather largish Christmas parcel^H^H^H^Htch.
I'll send it to everyone who wants to have a look at it.
Contents is not so secrete:
- mark_used and buffer_lives are united to:
void pobject_lives(interp *, PObj *);
- vtable mark functions are adjusted accordingly
- ~43 KByte, ~35 files changed, ~100 lines shorter
- all tests still pass
- ~ 8% faster in allocating (and destroying) 1e6 PMCs
