Cool. Since this is a PMC class, I expect, and thus self-contained
(right? :) it ought to be fine to check it in as an alternate array.
If you could, give it a separate name and check the thing in, so
we've got the two to benchmark against each other for various access
patterns, and people can choose the array type they think is most
appropriate for their needs.
