Would this then be a perl5 bug? (Of course since the only purpose of perl5's $Config{ld} is to indicate the program to be used to link libraries for dynamic loading, and since UNICOS/mk doesn't *do* dynamic loading, I suppose it's a harmless bug in perl5 :-). But what is Parrot doing using $Config{ld} on UNICOS/mk?
