NOTE: I'm resending this now that the minitutorial has come out saying how to send updates. The machine I'm using (Solaris 5.7) doesn't have a -u option for diff, so I used diff -e. If that's a problem I can log onto a different machine tommorow and recreate the diff file. In light of the recent discussion on .dev files I've updated this. It now describes how bitmaps work, and the reason to use them over other methods. Also attached is an update to rx.c, which adds the comments that were in rx.dev next to the actual functions in rx.c.
