Since key stuff has proved to require a more extensive rewriting than
I had first imagined, we're planning to revise our goals for 0.0.4;
a thorough source tidy-up and a nice fast allocation/GC scheme seem
sufficiently good things to bring to the world that I would be happy
to release Parrot in the next few days. I'll post some updated goals for
0.0.5 after I've discussed them with Dan.

As usual, if there's anything that you think REALLY MUST HAPPEN before
release, speak now or forever hold thy peace.
