Hi, I think this happens to everyone at some time on these lists. Someone actually coined a term for it (something dilemma); I forget who but I think he is on this list. At any given time 50 people might receive your mail 25 might read it, 12 might be interested, 6 might have time to respond, 3 might think they actually "should" respond since they may have valid input, and the chances of 1 of those 3 actually responding depends on so many things, but I think mainly its "wait and see what others say" or "someone else will review the patch", etc. I can guarantee you its not because noone here is interested in your patch. Resend it to the list if you wish to generate discussion. -Melvin
