I'm a Unix systems programmer for Oxford University Computing Services.
My day job involves the day-to-day administration of the University's
web and mail servers and miscellaneous Unix development. I'd be really
damned amazed if Oxford University had any commercial interest in the
development of Perl.

As mentioned in my other mail, I also edit perl.com for O'Reilly and
Associates, who probably do have commercial interest in the development
of Perl.
