I've been on SourceForge for a while now.  It's a great place to keep a
CVS tree.  The file release interface was designed by someone from another
planet, but it works.  The online forums are irritating - they destroy the
formatting of any code posted.  I've never used the mailinglists, but I'm
on a couple and they seem to work.  The bug tracker works well enough but
it's no Bugzilla.
