If there is a perl based distributed system it would be great anyway. Today is cloud native days, I hope we can get more benefit from the perl world. If we speak only the programming languages, there are too many already, Go, Erlang, Julia, Rust, they are good enough. But a distributed system language will help more on today's actual problems.
