For starters, if you had bothered to look at the name of the file you would have seen it's not even Raku, it's NQP, acronym for "DoN't Quite Peep here". You might be happy to know, however, there's barely any documentation for NQP, short of a reference and a couple of Power Points. Since you're apparently happier looking at source code than documentation, take a look at https://github.com/Raku/nqp and come back when you're done.
