If you want all of the indexes, use `.indices`
'abcdefabc'.indices('abc'); # 0, 6
`.index` will return `Nil` if it doesn't find anything, and `.indices`
will return an empty list.
'abc'.index('ZZ'); # Nil
'abc'.indices('ZZ'); # ()
