There was a second attempt at fixing the underlying issue in Rakudo: https://github.com/rakudo/rakudo/pull/934. The tests in question were adjusted and unfudged with https://github.com/perl6/roast/pull/187.
Currently there are no longer any fudged tests with this ticket number, so I'm closing this ticket as 'resolved'.
