Hi.

Documentation says that quoting constructs qqw<...> & «...» are
equivalentl. But there is a difference for this cases:

    $ perl6 -e ' my $b = "b"; qqw<a /$b/ c>.perl.say '
    ("a", "/b/", "c")

    $ perl6 -e ' my $b = "b"; «a /$b/ c».perl.say '
    ("a", "/", "b", "/", "c")

Is it an undocumented feature or bug?
