Folks,

I know the list has been reasonably quiet lately, and for that I
apologize--things have been rather hectic off-line. Just so people have
some idea what might be going on, I've hung my PDD-in-progress directory
off my local webserver. If you're curious, it's at
http://www.sidhe.org/~dan/perl. Nothing in there's official, as that takes
our normal release, abuse, revise cycle.

At the moment the active PDD in there's the GC one (which I'm horribly
behind on) but I've been twiddling with the bytecode assembly docs as well,
since I've needed to note some stuff courtesy of garbage collection.

Do please remember that anyone can write a PDD. If you've got a proposal,
snag the template, throw it together, and post it to the list (not to the
RFC/PDD editor yet, please). We'll go over it and if it passes muster it'll
go in.

                                        Dan
