HTTP-Tiny: don't ship excluded files
Maintainers.pl excludes the report-prereqs tests and data files,
and the tests that perform live connections, remove those files.
Additionally exclude and remove the certificate added in
0.083-TRIAL used only by t/200_live_ssl.t
