I'd need more information to help.  It's not inherently a Koha
problem, as I'm able to edit a bib record, paste in that character,
and have it display correctly, at least on FF3 on OS X.  Is the
character in question coming from a MARC bib record that was loaded
into Koha?  If so, it might help if you sent that record.
