Is is kosher to upload something like the MyLibrary Perl modules to CPAN, and if so where would we put it?
If I remember correctly, the Perl modules in CPAN are intended to be non-application specific. MyLibrary does sets of specific things against a specific database structure using a Perl interface. Given that, where might the MyLibrary distribution be put in CPAN, if it were appropriate?
