That's fine, I just thought I'd ask since the wording "Will force update of the ldr 
based on any existing hash version" in the MARC.pm
pack_008 docs seemed particularly portentous and made me think there was something 
deeply significant I was missing. Out of curiosity,
why did you remove this functionality -- because, as Jason suggests, you're "not a fan 
of the bibliographic specific methods in
MARC::Record"?
