Hi. I planning to upload OAI::Harvester which makes it easy to interact
with data repositories that implement the Open Archives Intitiative Protocol
for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH).

OAI-PMH is essentially a set of request/response messages sent as XML over
HTTP which allows a harvester to completely or selectively retrieve metadata
from a data repository. The protocol is being used quite a bit by academic
libraries and institutions like the Library of Congress to share metadata
about the digital collections that they are building.
The OAI::Harvester disto is made up of 14 separate packages. For the
sake of preserving my existing namespaces I'd like to upload these into
a top-level namespace of OAI::, but Metadata:: could work as well.
Thoughts/opinions welcome.
