I'm using FileOp v 0.14.1 with 5.8.8 and this:
use strict;
use warnings;
use Win32::FileOp;
ShellExecute( 'open' => "$ENV{ProgramFiles}\\Internet Explorer\\iexplore.exe");
__END__
works without any warnings being spewed.
