I was able to find MemMap.ppd (and matching MemMap.tar.gz) at a website.
Unfortunately in the guts of the ppd file was info stating that what I had
found is only suitable for Perl 5.10

and therefore, is not compatible with my Perl 5.8 installation.
I was wondering if anyone knows if a 5.8 version exists and were to get it?
Of course, I tried emailing the author (email also in ppd file), but my
email bounced.
