You can use a PPM post-install script to copy the file. I posted some
documentation about it a while ago:

    http://aspn.activestate.com/ASPN/Mail/Message/ppm/2845523

The documentation is out-of-date, and not all mechanisms are implemented for
all versions of PPM. However, at least the mechanism used by the following
module works (it post-install script to install OpenSSL libraries):

    http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/Crypt-SSLeay.ppd
    http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/scripts/install_ssl

Note that it is best to not require user input at all in the script. If
you do ask for input, remember that STDIN may be closed and you won't get
any response at all (behavior of the PPM4 GUI right now). So make sure
you are using a sensible default in that case and don't retry to ask the
user over and over; you just end up with an endless loop...

Cheers,
-Jan
