The version of Win32::API (patch, source and ppm) which can supposedly
interface with 'cdecl' functions can be found at:
http://www.xs4all.nl/~itsme/projects/perl/

It's version 0.41 (not 0.20 as I originally speculated).

The current maintainer of Win32::API is Cosimo Streppone (
http://search.cpan.org/~cosimo/ ) - and I think he'd be grateful for any
pointers, advice and bug reports - especially those that also supply fixes.
(However, I don't know how actively he's maintaining the module - it has
been 5 months since the last release. If he has lost enthusiasm he might be
prepared to hand it over to someone else.)

Bug reports (and fixes) are probably best submitted to:
http://rt.cpan.org/Public/Dist/Display.html?Name=Win32-API

I see that the cdecl issue has already been raised there, and it looks like
a patch has been submitted.

There's also an existing bug report regarding Struct's sizeof() method, but
that seems to be the only one (in relation to Struct.pm).

Cheers,
