Hello, list --
When I run a script to report on a DB, I get odd characters returned, FEX: n 0xio }9-7181
(I don't know what will actually be displayed for that; it should be a phone number with the area code in parenthesis, but it's not.)
I haven't been able to get any traction with google searching for an answer. Can anyone point me in the right direction for solving this?
I don't know anything about the DB engine. ODBC System DSN is using 'SQL' driver. I'm assuming some codepage or unicode issue? How do I track it down?
TIA
