The PDK wrapping tools (PerlApp, PerlCtrl, PerlNET, PerlSvc, PerlTray)
don't support the Inline module.

PS: You may want to use the PDK mailing list for problems with PDK
tools. That increases the chance other PDK user will see your
message quite a bit. :)
