I just tried building SpamAssassin on Win32, and didn't
see such an error.
- What ActivePerl version are you running?
- Did this error occur when building the
Mail-SpamAssassin package, or was it when building
one of the prerequisites?
- Do you have a D:\apache2triad directory on your system?
