I am currently writing an application in Perl/Tk. I have found an annoying problem to which I cannot find an answer in the documentation. It is this.

When I create a Sub window from my MainWindow (say a pop-up for an Entry widget), then I supply two buttons for the user to use - one is for "Accept", the other for "Cancel". Both these buttons work exactly as I would wish. However, if I try to "cancel" the window by means of the Close button on the title bar (and I presume by using "Alt+F4" as well), then nothing happens. The "Close" button works fine to close the application from the main window, but NOT when trying to close a sub-window.
Can anyone tell me what I am missing?
