Ok .... I know when I'm licked ....... all over (for any Mothers fans .... Live at the Fillmore East, June '71). What does "agminated" mean ? Can't find it in my Concise Oxford Dictionary - and I'm drawing a complete blank when I try to guess at its meaning. This is not meant to embarrass the op, btw. Hell, the only person I'm embarrassing here is myself ..... and not for the first time, either :-) I did find a definition for it at brainydictionary ( http://www.brainydictionary.com/words/ag/agminated128248.html ) where it's quoted as "Grouped together; as, the agminated glands of Peyer in the small intestine" ..... but what right does a perl programmer have to go around quoting words from a dictionary of the *brainy* type ? .... and how do the "glands of Peyer" relate to subroutine call names ? To make matters worse, one suspects that the op's first language might not even be English ..... and that's gotta be making me look *really* dumb :-) "My mind drifts back" ('nother quote from the 'fore-mentioned Mothers album) to a guy who used to post here called "Pons" (from India, I believe), who always signed off with "Expecting your ineffable Wishes". Geeeeezez ..... I never did work out what that meant ...... Oh, well ..... I'm Australian ..... so I guess it's to be expected that I'm none too bright. If there are any middle-aged New Yorkers here, btw, what became of the fabled Fillmore East after it closed down ? I guess the site got re-developed ?
