I have the same problem ,
however I did manage to install it on active perl 5.19.
but still some scripts still wouldn't run.
But now That I upgraded to The latest release of active Perl it's completly
busted !!.

I am using ppm to install the Win32::GUI module from the ppm
repository
"http://Jenda.KrynicKy.cz/perl". When I enter the "install Win32-GUI"
command I get this error :
"junk after document element at line 1, column 69, byte 69 at
C:/Perl/site/lib/XML/Parser.pm"
Do you have any idea why I am getting this error. I would be very
grateful for any assistance.
