[perl-win32-gui] Tabs and Message boxes

I've found a way to work around (but not completely fix) my last couple
problems. Now the only thing I have left to figure out is how to pop up
a message box. I've been all through the documentation and can't seem to
find any mention of it, but I know Win32::GUI can use message boxes
because it pops them up once in a while on errors.
