[perl-win32-gui] I made a spell checker.

I use it as a filter for Vi but I thought that maybe there would be someone else
out there who may find it useful. The only setup required is to put the path of
your dictionary in the $dictionary var on the first line. I use PerlApp to
exe-ify it so that I can run it through Vim.

Hope someone will find it handy.
