There is a Win32::GUI Beta 335 binary built for ActivePerl build 515, 516,
517 at the URL below. It includes the fix needed to make SetTimer work.
The source code used to build it is also included.

It should be relatively simple if you have MSVC5+
The normal instalation procedure should work
perl Mapefile.PL
nmake
nmake test
nmake install
If this succeedes send me the blib directory that gets created and I
will prepare a new PPM distribution.
