I use the activeState build of perl (5.005_02) and the Win32::GUI that
was emailed through this list. All I did was...
1. put the gui.pm into
        d:\Perl\site\lib\Win32
2. create a folder
        d:\Perl\site\lib\auto\Win32\Gui
     and put gui.dll in it.
