[perl-win32-gui] enabling/disabling "controls"

Hello all,

I was wondering if there was a way to enable/disable "controls".   The word
controls includes ListBox, CheckBox, Textfield, etc.

If you cannot do this, then would this be a good enhancement to the
Win32::GUI package?
