Yes, there is. You can get it from Jenda Krynicky's site,
http://jenda.krynicky.cz. While you're there, I recommend getting his
Win32::FileOp (which requires another module of his, Lazy.pm).

Jenda supports PPM, so installation is a no-brainer. His homepage contains
instructions for adding his module repository to PPM's configuration.
