[perl-win32-gui] sis-lib.pl

To All,

I work for a small web development company in South Australia and have no
pearl experience. Im working on a project at the moment to convert an
existing web using CGI(Pearl) to asp driven web. The problem im having is i
cant get the  scripts to run. Im missing a lib file called sis-lib.pl. Does
anyone know what the lib file is used for and where i can get it?
