Jonathan, Remember when I suggested you use a timer, I explained that I could not get it to work. I was surprised when you sent me code that was essentially identical to mine. Surprised because yours worked and mine did not. I have a 350 MHz Pentium II at work running NT 4.0 SP3. I then tried it at home, AND IT WORKED!! At home I have a 133MHz 486DX4 running Windows 95.
