[perl-win32-gui] Capturing keystrokes sent to a window

is there a way to capture a hotkey like Ctrl-Alt-A in a window?  I'm trying to
add an 'advanced' mode to a Win32::GUI app, and I'd like it to only be
accessable from a certain keystroke, any ideas?
