[perl-win32-gui] How to turn a normal windows cursor into hourglass cursor?

Hi,
Can anyone tell me how I can change a normal windows cursor 
into hourglass cursor?Which graphic format of hourglass must I 
use?
In windows I found ani format but it does not seem to be possible 
use it.
