FYI: When setting a Window's Left and Top properties, the values are
relative to any parent Window's interior. With Move that isn't so.
Four hours later I find that truly annoying.
We need a Wiki.
I'm not sure, and I'm not particularly interested in investigating it at
this time either, but this parent thing only seems to affect toolbar
windows (-addexstyle => WS_EX_TOOLWINDOW), even though my other windows
indeed have a -parent. This is probably why no-one bumped into it before.
