"df -k" shows only 1% used in "/tmp" filesystem:

Are you using ZFS (ARC space needed for that)?

No any zfs used,all filesystems are UFS.

You can also try using the "::memstat" mdb dcmd to break out kernel memory

As above,the Anonymous memory is very high,I think some user thread using
the memory in an abnormal way,I checked one of process with "pmap -x" and
found many of stack/heap,as:
