Yeah, it seems these are just expiring connections.
Looking at the problem from a different view, it looks almost like the
e1000g bug 6713032, which should be fixed in our set-up (Patch ID
139982-04 for Sol10).
As all interfaces are hanging and not only the one running the
application, the problem really seems to be on a lower level.
Is there a way to find out if we are running into a driver bug?
