I would keep a serial connection to the system open for a while (perhaps log it to a file) just to keep an eye... That way, if it happens again you should at least have an idea of what happened prior to getting to the ok prompt. Also, try looking for clues in the service processor (in particular, check out "showlogs") to see if anything unexpected is showing up there. At least you should be able to see if the system has been up for a while, or if it power cycled somehow...
I do not have this issue with any of the T2000 or M-series servers on hand.
