I think as far as the project proposal goes what I was interested in was
trying to identify the scope of the project: are you just going to define the
MIB, or try to get it supported in implementations (I'm thinking it would be
net-snmp, or more widely?), would it include building remote clients?
That sort of thing. And then we need a list of initial project members and
the like - the project creation process has a number of hoops to jump through:

specifically section 2.2. In terms of the process, we're still churning through
section 2.7 - and that's fine.
