I don't think you will be able to do this. I have a very old and faint memory that when swap is established at boot time, that some memory is immediately swapped/paged out, or some space in the swap device is immediately allocated, (probably) preventing its removal. Sadly I don't have somewhere to test this; and haven't checked the source ;-( This may either be completely erroneous, wildly inaccurate, cobblers, or (if I'm lucky) just dementia. Regards...
