My take is yes...the performance community would be a fine forum.
Performance tools, measurement, and improvement is an integral part of
our existing charter...and I think these in the context of HPC is quite
relevant. :) Many of us even have direct experience with HPC performance
on Solaris / OpenSolaris systems ;)
