Requirement:
- Male/Female, max 40 years old
- Min 4 years in recruitment crew preferable
- Min Bachelor Degree in any field
- Good understand of process crew on board ( Sign On Off, Proficiency
certificate crew)
- Honest, Trustworthy, good personality and attitude, in strong leadership,
communication and strategic planning
- Quick response in problem solving and able to work under pressure
